Complete Project Partners was established in July 2020 as a family business. With extensive experience in the construction industry and a wide range of qualifications, we are well-equipped to lead this venture with expertise in civil and structural construction.

Having worked in various remote and rural areas across Australia, we have built a reliable network of contractors and professionals. Our goal is to make affordable, sustainable housing and cost-effective building solutions accessible to both government and non-government sectors.

Our journey took a significant turn when, during a project in Emerald, we were approached to take on project management work for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This opportunity became the cornerstone of recognising a broader opportunity: supplying specialised accommodation to the disability sector.

By understanding the unique needs of NDIS participants and the impact of tailored living environments, we saw the potential to expand beyond modifications and provide fully customised, purpose-built homes that support independence and quality of life.

This experience allowed us to establish a vast network of contractors and professionals who share our vision. These connections have been pivotal in helping us achieve our overarching mission: to create affordable and sustainable housing  and building solutions for both government and non-government sectors.
