Our Pre-Construction and Construction services provide a structured, meticulous approach to ensure every project meets rigorous standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
Pre-Construction Phase: We start with a detailed Site Dilapidation Report to document existing conditions as a baseline for construction work. During Site Pre-Start, we prepare the site and coordinate initial activities for a smooth launch. Our Documentation Collection process gathers all required permits, plans, and approvals, while our Workplace Health and Safety Planning addresses site-specific risks and protocols. Additionally, we manage Insurances & Compliance to cover all legal and industry standards before breaking ground.
Construction Phase: Throughout the build, we conduct Weekly Site Inspections & Safety Checks to monitor progress, assess workmanship, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards. Our Regular Reporting keeps stakeholders informed with timely updates on project status, safety, and compliance.
Staged Compliance Inspections: We perform Walkthrough Inspections at each critical stage, including Slab, Frame, Rough-In, Fit-Out, Fix-Out, and Final Walkthrough.
